1. Must have 650 credit score or better with all 3 credit bureaus
2. No New lines of credit within a 6 month time frame 3. No more than 6 inquiries within a 6 month time frame 4. No, late payments, collections, chargeoffs ect.... within the last 2 years 5. W2 employees must be on the job for a minimum of 6 months with 1 year consistent income and earn $32,000 annually 6. Self Employed, 1099, S-Corp Must be in business for at least 2 years and provide provable income of $50,000 per year and an AGI of $32,000 7. Total Credit Card utilization must be under 60% 8. Must have 3 open and active tradelines that are at least 6 months old 9. Bankruptcies must be discharged for at least 2 years 10. Must be under the age of 72 11.
